Custom & Handmade Products

Every tumbler is made by hand, so no two are exactly alike. Small variations in color, design, or finish are part of what makes your item one-of-a-kind. Once we begin creating your order, it can’t be canceled or changed.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout. We accept [list payment methods].

Shipping

Processing and shipping times are listed in our Shipping Policy. Once shipped, we’ll send you tracking details. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can’t be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

Returns & Refunds

Because our items are custom made, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your tumbler arrives damaged. If that happens, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

All designs, photos, and content belong to Creations by M. Please don’t copy or use them without permission.

Safety & Use

Our tumblers are made with care, but please handle them gently. We’re not responsible for damage caused by misuse (like dishwashers, drops, or exposure to extreme heat).
