Custom Orders
Because each tumbler is handmade and personalized, all sales are final once production begins. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided. Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
